I went to the Magic City Classic and, honestly... getting into the stadium was a lot smoother than I expected. The lines looked kind of long at first, so I figured we’d be standing there for a while, but they actually moved fast. Staff checked our tickets quickly and pointed us in the right direction without making it complicated. Security was standard too, nothing crazy, not a ton of waiting around. We ended up getting to our seats with plenty of time before kickoff, so overall... good experience.

Had a really nice day here with the family. The kids had a great time, and everything felt safe and well looked after. The only downside was the lines got a bit long at times, but overall it was a good day out...

I had to cancel my tickets after my plans changed, so I reached out to Magic City Classic about getting a refund. It definitely wasn’t quick, and waiting a few days just to hear back was frustrating enough that I started thinking I might not use them again.

Once they finally responded, though, they were clear about what they needed from me, and the refund did come through like they said it would. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but they handled it fairly in the end.

I was looking for some Magic City Classic gear and they had way more than I expected. Sizes weren’t all picked over like at other places, which was nice. Found what I needed easy, no issues at all.

I bought my tickets on magiccityclassic.com and chose mobile delivery. The ordering part was simple, so at least that went smoothly, which was nice.

The tickets didn’t come through right away though, so naturally I got to enjoy refreshing my email a few times and wondering if I had just paid for imaginary tickets. A little more clarity on when they’d arrive would’ve been helpful, but I guess suspense is part of the experience.
They did finally show up before the event and scanned without any problems, so in the end it worked out. I just wish the delivery had been faster or better explained, because waiting around and guessing isn’t exactly my favorite part of buying tickets.

The crowd was super loud and the whole place had a great energy . I had a fun day overall .

i went to the magic city classic i was kind of surprised by the bathroom situation. with that many people there, i was expecting it to be a mess, but the restrooms stayed clean most of the time. they had toilet paper and soap, and it didn’t have that awful bathroom smell either. the lines moved decently too. definitely not perfect, but way better than what i’m used to at big events.

A friend of mine had mentioned how important good communication is with these things, and I definitely get it now. They kept me updated the whole time, so I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or worry about what was going on
